About the Space
We get it, you love the space and you want to have it all to yourself. Look no further than Pentridge Station for your next special occasion.
When you fill out the reservation request form, you will be given a price estimate, which is dependent on your date, the size of your party, and any additional services you add. Try out different dates and times to see how the price is affected.
Read on to learn more about the space. We will go out of our way to make sure you have a great event. If you have a special request, please do not hesitate to ask!
Cleaning Protocol 
Your four hour event includes an additional hour for set-up and clean-up on either end of your time slot. We will provide a clean bathroom and trash removal for all trash in bags. You will be responsible for adding any other additional decorations but we are happy to provide an event coordinator for an additional charge.
Parking 
On street parking in the vicinity is free. There is no reserved parking, however we have a driveway that you can use to unload any special equipment for your event.
Host Rules 
You are required to provide your own insurance for the event. All amplified noise and live music must be finished by 10 PM on the weekend, and 9 PM on weeknights.
Additional Services
We offer a variety of options for your private event depending on your budget and needs. If you were looking to serve alcohol at your event, we will provide you with RAMP certified bartenders and you have the option to have an open bar or bring your own alcohol. We also offer a door person to check names at the front gate, a site maintenance person to keep grounds clean, and an event coordinator to help you plan your event. Need help with something else? Location
Pentridge Station is located at 5116 Pentridge Street. We are a few blocks off Baltimore Avenue (kitty-corner from the Irvine). We have signs on Pentridge Street that point in our direction.

I hosted my 35th birthday party at Pentridge and I loved it. Jocelyn was super helpful with setting up and planning everything and very flexible. My friends and family loved the laid back and boho chic vibe. Such a cute welcoming venue with plenty of space and lots of lovely flowers everywhere.

Pentridge Station is a much needed space in our city. Not only does it provide an amazing selection of food cocktails and beer and live music, it also provides a lovely backdrop for photo shoots and events.
